Fall Concerts to Keep On Your Radar

As a musician, concerts are a vital part of your training regimen—and if they’re not, they should be! Not only are concerts an all-around good time, they can also be an excellent learning experience and a solid source of motivation. Let’s face it—while music lessons and practicing are great ways to advance your skills, to truly light your fire and keep your musical flame burning bright, sometimes you need the rush and thrill that only a concert can give.

That’s why we’ve compiled a list of this fall’s most anticipated, can’t-miss concerts in Phoenix, Chandler, and all across the Valley. Whether you’re a fan of pop, country, or something in between, there’s a concert out there for you!

If you’re into jazz…

There’s nothing like some good jazz music to soothe your mind and awake your soul, especially when it’s music by Boney James. This four-time Grammy nominee has been mesmerizing fans with his contemporary jazz tunes for nearly 25 years, and on October 11th, you can experience his genre-bending style and world-class saxophone playing for yourself when he performs at Chandler Center for the Arts. If powerhouse vocals are your jam…

There are singers, then there are singers like Josh Groban and Idina Menzel whose vocals are so angelic and inspiring that they’re in a class all by themselves. Groban is a singer, songwriter and actor (yes, really) who’s sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and was the best-selling recording artist of the year in 2007, captivating fans with his baritone voice and soulful songs. Meanwhile, Menzel is a Tony Award-winning actress and singer who, among other accomplishments, served as the voice behind the wildly popular Disney song “Let it Go” from the animated movie Frozen.  See them both together in person on October 26th at Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix.

If you’re all about pop…

No one does pop music quite like Justin Timberlake. Although his musical repertoire has expanded since his days with *NSYNC to other genres besides pop, his vocals, showmanship skills, and dance moves are still as amazing as ever. Catch Justin Timberlake in all his glory on November 29th in Phoenix for a thrilling performance that’s sure to satisfy your inner pop critic.

If country music is your #1…

Break out your jean shorts and dust off your cowboys because Cole Swindell and Dustin Lynch are coming to Phoenix! If you’re a true country music fan, you know that Swindell and Lynch are two of today’s hottest country singers, both with multiple number one songs and several successful albums under their belts. For catchy country tunes and first-rate entertainment, be sure to check out this duo at Comerica Theatre on November 3rd.
